Delete your Candle Clash account

You can permanently delete your Candle Clash account and all associated data at any time using either of the methods below. Your account will be removed within 7 days of the request, with full backup purge completed within 30 days.

Option 1 — Delete from inside the app

Open the Candle Clash app on your device.
Tap the Profile tab (bottom-right).
Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account.
Confirm the prompt — your account and all data are queued for deletion immediately.

Option 2 — Email request

If you no longer have access to the app, send an email to support@candleclash.app from the email address linked to your Candle Clash account with the subject line "Delete my account". We will process your request within 7 business days and confirm by reply.

If you signed up as a guest (no Google login), please include your in-app username and approximate account-creation date so we can locate your record.

What gets deleted

What we may retain

Aggregated, non-identifying analytics (e.g. total predictions made across all users) — never linked back to you and used solely to improve the game.
Payment / billing records required by Indian tax law (Razorpay transactions) — kept for 7 years per statutory requirement, but stripped of all personal identifiers (email, name) within 30 days.
Encrypted backups may contain your data for up to 30 days before they are rotated and overwritten. Backups are not accessed except for disaster recovery.
